Be part of the Young People’s Action Group

The Mayor of London's Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is looking for its second cohort of young Londoners aged 15-25 years old to join the Young People’s Action Group (YPAG). As part of the YPAG, you would work with the VRU to reduce and stabilise violence across London, increase feelings of safety, promote opportunities for young Londoners and put young people at the heart of the VRU’s work. 

You will:

• Share your views and experiences, helping to shape how programmes are funded, how campaigns managed and influence policies.

• Attend YPAG meetings and participate in training.

• Be an ambassador of hope, advocating for real opportunities for young people whilst informing your peers and other young people about our projects and opportunities.

• Lead on projects that matter most to you, for a minimum of 12 months.
