Peckham Square Public Art Commission

Southwark Council has allocated £7m for a major revamp of Peckham Square to become a focal point for civic and cultural activities and to drive economic growth.
Southwark Council say they want to take a positive look towards the future and honour Peckham’s past to build on Damilola Taylor’s legacy and the work of his family and the Hope Collective.
They are looking for a consultant who will work with the Peckham Square design team to ensure the best integration of art and landscape and the artwork will be commissioned in line with Southwark's Public Art Policy and the council's Southwark Stands Together pledges

The project will run from January to December 2025, with the final design unveiling planned for the Day of Hope on 7 December 2025.
